this is TERRIBLE! What blockhead invented such a thing?
ALthough I could see it being a good idea for an animal that, say, got sprayed by a skunk or something; it'd get them clean without injuring the owner.

(I am a cat lover. I'm entitled to think that was a little funny. Although, I may be a little twisted since our family never gets bored with getting the cat to chase the laser light in circles until she gets dizzy.)
